1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckypk ("luckypk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the luckypk website accessible at luckypk.ws, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities provided therein.

Your use of luckypk constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, or payment method terms that may be published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

luckypk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of luckypk is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. luckypk enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this Platform. luckypk may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age compliance.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of luckypk is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. luckypk does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have an active self-exclusion arrangement in place at luckypk or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or login.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of luckypk services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one luckypk account. Operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. luckypk employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity matching to detect multi-accounting. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. luckypk is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or incorrect account details.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckypk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luckypk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify luckypk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

luckypk operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckypk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed within the luckypk cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your luckypk balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. luckypk does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. luckypk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our risk management systems.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on luckypk are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction will be clearly displayed in the cashier before confirmation.

4.5 Refunds

Deposits made in error or credited incorrectly due to a Platform technical fault may be refunded subject to investigation. Refund requests must be submitted via the luckypk live chat support channel. luckypk does not offer refunds on losses incurred through normal gameplay. Any refunds granted will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luckypk offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and cashback schemes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have met all registration and verification requirements.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• luckypk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email where contact details are on record.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will have their bonus funds and related winnings forfeited. Their account may also be permanently closed.
• Bonuses that expire unused will be removed from your account balance on the stated expiry date. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on luckypk, including casino games and sportsbook markets. Game-specific rules are additionally published within each individual game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. luckypk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined by the game provider's server logs. luckypk's decision on any disputed round outcome is final.
• luckypk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game that was subject to a pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• For live sports betting markets, results are determined on the basis of official competition results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets).
• luckypk reserves the right to place withdrawal restrictions on accounts where unusual betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or match manipulation — are detected.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luckypk. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, forged documents, or misleading details during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
• Money Laundering: Using luckypk as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. luckypk is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one luckypk account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Collusion: Coordinating gameplay or betting activity with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk wagering strategies, syndicated bonus farming, or any form of coordinated bonus extraction.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to disrupt, access unauthorised parts of, or exploit vulnerabilities in the luckypk Platform, its software, or its data infrastructure.
• Minors: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to luckypk by any person under the age of 21.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckypk Platform — including but not limited to the luckypk brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of luckypk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any luckypk intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party software providers on the luckypk Platform is subject to the respective provider's intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of both luckypk's and the provider's rights.

9. Privacy & Data

luckypk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at luckypk.ws/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
• luckypk does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Financial transaction data is processed by our payment partners (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckypk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckypk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckypk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond luckypk's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Actions taken by luckypk in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or bet voidance;
• Changes in Pakistani law or regulation that affect the availability of Platform services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckypk makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered therein.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

luckypk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Underage gambling or provision of false age information;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request;
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luckypk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, luckypk may forfeit all funds in the account. Where no breach is substantiated, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their luckypk account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to outstanding wagering obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

luckypk is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players on the Platform. We recognise that while the majority of players engage with luckypk recreationally and within their means, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following tools and policies are in place to support at-risk players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through luckypk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

luckypk's internal complaints process requires that any dispute be first submitted in writing to our support team. luckypk undertakes to acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Players are encouraged to exhaust this internal process before seeking external resolution.
